Whether as management team leader, entrepreneur, or consultant, Trista’s career has focused on leading organizations to develop successful global growth strategies and build the required capabilities within their teams to succeed. A seasoned expert in mobilizing stakeholders and teams around new strategies, Trista has worked with companies across a range of sectors, including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, flavouring, media, financial services and technology, to grow their presence in new markets.
Her varied career experiences as a consultant, entrepreneur, organizational leader, and blogger, have transformed her into a ‘global nomad’, providing her with the opportunity to work and live in the US, Europe, and Asia. Trista holds a BS in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Additionally, she holds certifications in Aperian Global’s cross-cultural training and assessment tools, GlobeSmart ProfileSM and GlobeSmart Teaming Assessment.
Trista is also an accomplished blogger and writer having cofounded the top English language innovation and startup media source in France and authored a leading whitepaper on the subject of startup acceleration. As a result of her work in the tech and startup sector, she has additionally taken on the role of coach and mentor for several early stage startups.
An American-French binational, Trista currently resides in Tokyo with two of the greatest inspirations in her life, her young son and husband. When she’s not with clients or spending time with family, you’ll find Trista volunteering with organizations such as the African Technology Foundation and the College Women’s Association of Japan, blogging, jogging or simply enjoying another one of her favorite things, a great glass of wine.
